Colorful, Autumnal, Coastal Garden Wedding

We love a colorful, autumnal, coastal garden wedding (so many Sweet Talk Floral key words right there!) For this October wedding at the Inn by the Sea in Maine our vibe was: fall feels, but make it bright. We did a ton of fall flowers in carnelian, red, and orange with pops of pale blue and creamy lilac. Basically, all those dreamy fall hues but with a Sweet Talk twist.  

For the oceanside ceremony, the couple wanted the ocean to be the focal point (because: OCEAN). But they still wanted some kisses of color to make the mood. We put together a totally luscious floral arch with cascading strands of roses, dahlias, and cosmos. So pretty in that gold-blue light!

When it came to setting the table, we went for an eclectic vintage vibe. Our signature Sweet Talk statement bouquets got a cute boost from ornate vases. We also did colorful tapered candles to match the flowers and cutie lil’ vases throughout the venue to bring the blooms in. And because fall delivers on some of the prettiest foliage, we wove in seasonal greenery like Russian Olive to infuse the tented wedding party venue with some texture. We love an autumn wedding (that light! Those flowers!) and this one was a total treat.
